Happy New Year! Please join the InfraGard Nations Capital Members Alliance (INCMA) as we kick off the 2012 Lecture Series!
Who: InfraGard Nations Capital Members Alliance members and guests (this meeting is open to the public)
What: Financial Cyber Crimes & Identity Theft - the first event in the 2012 Lecture Series!
When: Wed., January 11th from 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Light fare will be provided. The program will not start until 5:45pm, allowing for arrival, check-in, and refreshments.

Why: As more and more information is stored virtually, including financial and personally identifiable information, an ever-increasing, target-rich environment is available to cyber criminals. Please join the INCMA to hear a panel of 3 experts in financial cyber crimes/identity theft, from private industry and government, to discuss current trends and how private industry and government can work and are working together to safeguard the nation's banking and finance critical infrastructure sector.
Our panel includes representatives from Equifax (confirmed); FBI - Domestic Threats Cyber Intelligence Unit (confirmed) and US Secret Service (invited). Biographies of our speakers will be provided upon receipt and posted here.
Directions:
Battelle is located in the heart of Crystal City, in Arlington, VA. Parking is provided beneath the building and is FREE after 4pm. Directions are as follows:
From VA (points south) - Take I-395N to Crystal City, exit 8C. Stay straight through 2 traffic lights (Army-Navy Dr. & 12th St.). Turn left onto 15th St., and stay straight through 3 more lights (Fern, Eads, & Jefferson Davis Dr.). Turn right at next light onto Crystal Drive. Stay in the right lane and turn right into the Visitor Parking Garage, which is directly across the street from the water park.
From VA (points west) - take I-66 east to VA Rte 110 south (exit 75) toward Alexandria/Pentagon. Continue to US Rte 1 south and take the 15th St. exit. Turn left at the bottom of the ramp onto 15th St. Turn right onto Crystal Drive and right into the Visitor Parking Garage, directly across the streeet from the water park.
From Old Town Alexandria - take Rte 1 north to the Crystal Drive Exit. After 18th St., turn left into the Visitor Garage, directly across the street from the water park.
From MD (points east/north) - Take BW Parkway south. Bear right onto NY Avenue to Washington. Turn left onto I-395 south. Go through tunnels and stay to the right. Take exit for Rte. 1 south. Take exit for 15th St. and turn left at bottom of ramp onto 15th St. Turn right onto Crystal Drive and right into the Visitor Parking Garage, directly across the street from the water park.
From MD (points west) - Take 495 South/West to I-66 East and follow the directions "From VA (points west)."
From DC - Take I-395 south and take exit for Rte 1 south. Take exit for 15th St. and turn left at bottom of ramp onto 15th St. Turn right onto Crystal Drive and right into the Visitor Parking Garage, directly across the street from the water park.
ONCE PARKED, take the Crystal Square 2 elevator (look for the green stripe on the wall near the elevators) to the 6th floor. Battelle is located in Suite 601 and is visible from the elevators.
From the Crystal City Metro Station, take the escalators up and turn right through the glass doors on right to Underground Shops. Make a right at Rite Aid. Turn left at the Starbucks. Continue down the corridor and the elevators are located at the end of this hallway through the double glass tinted doors in building Crystal Square 2.
